Purple Flutter products are typically shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Orders may take between 2-3 days to be shipped. For custom orders or pre-order resin, art may take longer as these products take 72 hours to cure fully. The order will be shipped within 72 hours if the resin art is pre-made. If the package doesn’t arrive, please contact us immediately so that we can query the shipping company.
The shipping charges are calculated based on the items’ weight, the shipping method, and your location. You cannot make changes to an order once it has been packaged. There cannot be any changes after the item is shipped.
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. You may, however, refuse the package, and upon its return receipt, we will credit you for the merchandise. Shipping fees and any return shipping costs will still apply.
For Returns, contact Purple Flutter through the chatbox or go to our contact information page with the following information: Invoice number. If damaged, please include a picture(please no zip files). Report any damaged or missing items within ten (7) days of receipt of the order so we can help rectify and credit your account.
Please contact us before you return the items, NO merchandise will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise.
Purple Flutter accepts returned items in resalable condition purchased less than three months ago. Oils transferred into plastic containers are NOT considered to be in a re-saleable condition. Discontinued items are not included.
Refused orders will be charged return shipping plus a $2 fee. Returns over three months will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Due to the increase in shipping costs, we reserve the right to bill your account for all shipping fees billed to us due to a package being returned or refused without prior approval. Filing of damage claims or missing package claims with the shipping provider (UPS, US Postal Service, Fed Ex, Etc…) will be the responsibility of Purple Flutter.
All sales are final unless the products are received and damaged. If the products are received damaged, contact us immediately for a replacement for your order. We require photos of damaged products so we can file a claim for your replacement.
